A chance visit to Douglas
station found No 13 'Kissack' in steam and carrying out some test runs
up and down the yard.

Isle of Man Railway
No 11 'Maitland' was out on a test train from Douglas to Castletown and
back. After much chasing backwards and forwards I managed to catch
up with her at Santon Station. Apparently this was the first train
that she had hauled for nine years!

IOMR No 11 'Maitland' out on another test train. This time with six
coaches all the way to Port Erin and back.

These pictures were
produced as a 'by-product' when I was shooting some aerial 360 degree panoramas
from overhead the former Laxey mine washing floors. The panorama
was created from ten of the 26 'views' used for the full panorama to show
the station area at Laxey and the volunteers of the Great Laxey Mines railway
making preparations for their 2022 season on the right.

Day three of the 'Rush
Hour on the Railways' Easter event and the Manx Electric Railway were operating
an intensive service, with trams departing Derby Castle every 15 minutes.
I went to Laxey to capture some of the action before heading north to get
